This responsibilities of this position include repairs and remodeling in various trades:

1. Carpentry

2. Electrical

3. Plumbing

Work includes, but is not limited to, windows and doors, roofing, water-proofing, maintenance, kitchen, bathroom, foundations, fences, and siding.

Experience is preferred, but training will be provided to applicants as needed.
